Monthly expenses less than $20,000
Tier One
Tier One Includes:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Quarterly Reports (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement)
- Email & Phone Support
- Preparation Annual Tax Package
Optional Services:
- Payroll Services (This includes state and federal payroll tax deposits and reporting)
- Annual Business Tax Return
- Annual Business and Individual Tax Returns
Monthly expenses less than $40,000
Tier Two
Tier Two Includes:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Card Reconciliation (1 Credit Card Account)
- Monthly Reports (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement)
- Year-End Tax Package
Optional Services:
- Payroll Services (This includes state and federal payroll tax deposits and reporting)
- Annual Business Tax Return
- Annual Business and Individual Tax Returns
Monthly expenses less than $60,000
Tier Three
Tier Three Includes:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Card Reconciliation (up to 3 Accounts)
- Monthly Reports (Prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement)
- Reconciling State Sales Tax
- Entering Principal and Interest for any Loan Payments
- Updating Industry Specific Reports as requested by the Client
- Reviewing A/R for Overdue
- Accounts and Emailing of Report, if needed
- Year-End Tax Package
